1. 送貨方式與配送日
  • 宅配：黑貓（僅限台灣本島）預計配送天數：2 - 5 個工作天
  • 超商：7-11、全家（台灣本島、外島超商門市）預計配送天數：4 - 6 個工作天
2. 出貨說明
  • 現貨商品下單後（不含訂購當天），7 個工作天內寄出，不含例假日
  • 預購商品下單後（不含訂購當天），約 14 - 20 個工作天寄出，不含例假日
  • 預購商品若遇缺貨、斷貨等情況，我們將透過 Email 與您聯繫
  • 配送時間為週一至週五 10:00 ~ 18:00，週六日無安排配送
  • 若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力天災因素，則可能延遲出貨
  • 如選 [宅配]：實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定
  • 如選 [超商]：請留意到貨簡訊，並儘速於到貨之後７天內取貨。若無故未取，造成運費損失將由顧客自行吸收。多次未取貨將可能加入黑名單，恕無法再次提供服務。
